Effectively marketing your home plays an integral role in finding the right buyer & securing its full financial potential. Our job is to create emotions in a buyer from 500 miles away through visual tools. If we can effectively accomplish this while also educating agents then we are doing our job!

Since so many of our buyers live out of the area, floorplans are critical. Site plans can also be powerful tools for out of state buyers.

Showings
Keeping Your Home Safe
We promise to remain diligent to help keep your home safe. We often check on our listings if the seller is gone.

We utilize Sentrilock satellite lockboxes which allow us to manage and track all accesses to your property.

You will be notified immediately of all showings through our showing service which has extended hours to accomodate last minute requests.
Flexible
Be as flexible when possible We want to avoid having missed opportunities if at all possible
Furry Friends
We are very pet friendly in Grand County but not everyone is a pet person. It may hinder a potential buyers ability to picture themselves living in your home if there is evidence of pet dirt. Hide pet food or litter.
Natural Light
Open blinds and curtains and let in as much natural light as possible. Leave lights on before you leave for a showing. We will try to turn on lights for you if we have enough warning.
Temperature
Keep the room temperature comfortable This demonstrates to buyers that the HVAC is working properly
Personals
Make sure you place all valuables and prescriptions out of sight and in a safe place
Vacate
Having a seller present can make buyers and their agents feel uncomfortable We want to make the buyers feel at home and stay awhile
