Seasoned event planner and catering manager Allyson Luedders is Director of Events for Albany. Allyson’s extensive catering and event planning experience has centered around an exclusive clientele. She served as the social catering manager for The Peabody in Orlando, the director of catering for Orlando-based exotic private car club Luxautica, and director of catering for Isleworth Country Club. All of these experiences have provided her with a tremendous amount of expertise in planning corporate and social events for celebrities, sports figures and business leaders.
Longtime, local Bahamian standout Dion Forbes is Albany’s Director of Restaurant Operations. Dion spent the first decade of his career at Atlantis Resort, first as a food and beverage manager and then as general manager of the One & Only Ocean Club restaurant Dune, where he trained with world-renowned chef and restaurateur John George Vongerichten. Dion helped open two new dining establishments inside the Marina Village at Atlantis marketplace while serving as general manager of Paradise Restaurants, Ltd. He served as general manager of Nassau’s Ristorante Villaggio before coming to Albany.
Sabrina Lightbourn is a photographer in Nassau specializing in wedding photography and portraits. Trained in street photography and portraiture in Florence and Maine’s Rockport College, Sabrina has exhibited her photographic works in Italy, Maine, New York City, Baltimore and throughout The Bahamas. Her documentary-style photography and her eye for capturing soft details and the sentimentality of a moment are a perfect fit for weddings and portraiture.
