One Sunday afternoon last spring (Which month?) I was with my class on a sightseeing to u r (Where?). I was a bit tired ( Give more detail). To my horror the bag had fallen on a dog (Which one?)\ We immediately rushed over to help the dog (W hat was the dog doing?). But the cat and the bag were lying in a deep ditch. Jen n y and I ran to borrow the ladder (Where from ?). I p u t th e ladder and w ent down (How?) to pick up the bag and the dog (W hat was the cat doing?). I managed to pull out the dog and the bag out of the ditch. Luckily the dog w asn’t hurt, ju st very frightened. The dog’s owner turned up about ten m inutes later. W hen she saw th e dog ( Where? What did it look like?), she was shocked and angry w ith me. I felt sorry. I certainly learnt a lesson — th e hard way! 7
