FREE Wintering & Delivery
Because of the earlier sale date, Krebs Ranch will keep your bull until the end of March. Free delivery to central points beginning March 25. All other deliveries are at cost.
Sight Unseen Purchase Guarantee
Feel confident to use our sight unseen purchase guarantee. We guarantee the bulls will be as described and to your liking, or you don‘t own them.
First Breeding Season Guarantee
All bulls selling for $3500 or more are guaranteed for the first breeding season. A breeding season is defined as the 60-day period following the first turnout of the bull. If a replacement bull is available, it will be provided. Or, if the buyer prefers, credit toward one bull will be given in the following sale. A salvage value of $2,500 will be deducted from the credit. A veterinarian must diagnose all injured bulls. Please notify us as soon as possible should an injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2023.
Semen Collection Offered
Any bull selling for $10,000 or more will receive a $250 certificate of credit toward semen collection at Western Sire Services, courtesy of Krebs Ranch. Delivery of bulls remaining at WSS after April 5th will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Terms & Conditions
All bulls and heifers will sell under suggested sale terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.
Terms are CASH
All bulls are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after settlement has been made. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full.
Herd Health
All bulls are on a complete health program and will be accompanied by health papers for shipment anywhere in the United States. All bulls have been vaccinated for Rednose, PI3, BVD, 7—way, Blackleg, BRVS and Haemophilus and have been poured and treated with Ivomec. All bulls have been tested negative for PI BVD. All bulls are AM, NH & CA free by test or pedigree.
Retained Interest
Krebs Ranch will be retaining 1/3 semen revenue sharing interest in every bull selling unless otherwise declared. Full possession and salvage value belong to the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
Trucking Discount
All bulls picked up sale day will receive a $100 discount per bull.
Insurance
Insurance will be available sale day. Please notify the sale clerk at the time of settlement if you desire to purchase insurance.
Liability
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and Krebs Ranch assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
