Q How did you two meet?
A Jess: Ok, so she was teaching a class at my old salon (she’s a hair cutting educator) needless to say I had a huge crush. I even went to her salon and booked a haircut with her meanwhile, I work at a salon and can get a haircut anytime I want (stalker I know). Nothing ever became of it. Then 5 years later we were both single and she slid into my dm’s. I asked her to come and teach at the salon I own now and a week later we matched on Tinder LOL.
We went on our first date and talked all night and our next date we talked from 7 to sunrise. So I think we both knew it was a wrap.
Q How did Ash propose?
A She set up a photoshoot for us for our podcast and proposed during it.
Q Have you decided on wedding plans yet? If so, what have you decided on?
A No wedding plans yet, first a baby then wedding. My ideal wedding would be on the beach in Tulum barefoot with all my frineds and family. Ash wants good food, a band, lots of dancing and a drag show.
Q How did you two meet?
A Josette was a member of the Georgetown University cross country and track team, where one of her teammates was a mutual friend. In 2016 when I took a trip to Georgetown to meet President Obama after competing for Team USA at the Rio Olympics, Josette and I met and kept in contact over the next few years before starting our relationship in 2018.
Q How did you propose?
A I surprised Josette with a weekend trip to Georgetown and took her for a trip down memory lane! This included where we shared our first date, our first run together, and our first kiss. I finished the walk at the famous Georgetown Waterfront, one of Josette’s favorite spots in the world, where we stumbled upon a bed of roses, lanterns, cupcakes and our families. It was there where I got down on one knee and proposed! She said yes!
Q Have you decided on wedding plans yet? If so, what have you decided on?
A We are so excited to start wedding planning for Fall of 2022! We are currently in Europe competing, so once we have some time to catch our breath back in New Jersey we will begin in earnest. One thing we do know: our wedding bands will be a Kravit creation.
Q How did you pick the ring?
A I am now the 4th generation of my family to work with Bennett Kaye and his family for diamonds and jewelry, so my trust in Kravit Jewelers is supreme. Along with his associate, Francine De Leon, they took my plans for a custom ring and relentlessly persisted until it was what I envisioned. The cushion cut diamond radiates beauty and the overall design of the ring is an elegant combination of modern and timeless, with unique details that represent the love Josette and I share.

A Nick: Online
Q How did you pick the ring?
A My friend used Kravit jewelers when he proposed to his girlfriend and said he had a great experience. I knew the style of ring my girlfriend wanted and Idayne knew exactly what diamond and setting would look best. Idayne made sure the diamond had excellent cut and clarity.
Q How did you propose?
A We went on a road trip with friends to Niagara Falls and I proposed with the falls in the background.
Q Have you decided on wedding plans yet? If so, what have you decided on?
A Yes! We have booked our wedding for December 2nd 2022 at the Larkfield in East Northport NY.

A I knew exactly what I wanted and Idayne helped me customize it to make it even better than I could have ever imagined
Q How did he propose?
A Joe proposed at Walls Wharf restaurant on the beach while the sun was setting in Bayville
Q How did you decide on wedding bands? A Similar to my engagement ring, I knew exactly what I wanted. 2 eternity bands that look exactly like the band of my engagement ring. Idayne helped again and they came out perfect.
