tors who, for those investors that closed simultaneously on the DST investment the same day that the property was purchased, realized a 117.5 percent total return on their investments. “We are proud to have provided another successful DST investment opportunity to our clients that resulted in a full-cycle return. In this case, investor distributions were uninterrupted as the investment performed exactly as projected in the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM).
