METROPOLITAN HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION Dawn Cummings was named executive director of the Fort Wayne Metropolitan Human Relations Commission. She had served as a staff attorney at the commission since 2007. Her primary responsibilities will involve case management, disposition of probable-cause cases and conducting training for employers, housing providers and city residents.
