The Cuthbertson Cup
The Cuthbertson Cup for Scholarship, Sport and Character (U14) was the gift of Mr M. R. Cuthbertson, a Korowa parent from 1928–1945. His three daughters June Beaurepaire (Cuthbertson, Class of 1939), Peggy Archer (Cuthbertson, Class of 1941) and Helen Littlejohn (Cutherbertson, Class of 1945) played a very active part in the life of the School. It was awarded from 1945–1957.
In 1947, it was awarded to Barbara Lynch (Henderson, Class of 1950) who recently donated it to our Archives.
Barbara was a Junior House Captain in 1947, a Probationer, House Captain and Basketball Captain in 1949 and in 1950 studied Matriculation and was a Prefect, Akehurst House Captain and Basketball Captain.

Korowa Heritage Walk:
Telling the story of our Campus Recent visitors to the School may have noticed a series of new silver and cherry crested plaques with QR codes at key locations around the Campus. Our new Heritage Walk was finally able to be completed during lockdowns last year.
We invite you to gain an appreciation of our School’s ongoing story and learn about how Korowa has developed over the years since the School moved to Ranfurlie Crescent in 1914.
An understanding of our past history and heritage informs us of the values and traditions which have shaped our School experience today. There are 16 locations to explore via our QR codes. A brochure with a map can be obtained from Reception or via our website.
Korowa gratefully acknowledges the support of the Victorian Government and the Public Record Office of Victoria for making this project possible.
