Bu durum fiyat rekabeti konusunda işlerini zorlaştırırken, müşterilerine üstün Alman kalitesini sunma konusunda ise avantaj sağlıyor. Bu nedenle makinaların üzerinde yer alan “Made in Germany” etiketinin arkasında, gönül rahatlığı ile durabiliyorlar. Geçtiğimiz 2015 yılında ve bu yıl Türkiye, Kazakistan, Cezayir, Fas, Bosna Hersek, Ürdün, Kanada ve daha birçok farklı ülkede enerji hatları, ütü presleri ve tünel finisher sistemleri kurarak sektördeki yerlerini en iyi şekilde koruduklarını belirten Indupress Türkiye Genel Koordinatörü Erman Tüfekçilerli, “Bizler Indupress Türkiye Ofisi olarak kendi bölgemizdeki satış ve satış sonrası faaliyetlerin dışında, merkez Almanya firmamıza gerek projelerin kurulumunda, gerekse de satış ve eğitim faaliyetlerinde destek vermekteyiz. Bu sebepten Türkiye Ofisi ve Türkiye pazarı Indupress firması için ayrı bir önem teşkil etmektedir” dedi. 27 - 30 Nisan 2016 tarihleri arasında düzenlenecek olan 25. Uluslararası Konfeksiyon Makineleri Fuarı’nda yer alacaklarını belirten Tüfekçilerli, çalışmaları hakkında sorularımız cevaplandırdı. Firmanızın piyasaya sunmuş olduğu ürünler ve özellikleri hakkında bilgi verir misiniz? “Daha önce dile getirdiğim gibi firmamız bir Alman firması ve ürünlerimizin her bir noktasında Alman kalitesini rahatlıkla görebilirsiniz. Ürünlerimizin sağlamlığına çok güveniyoruz. Kullandığımız 5mm kalınlığındaki metal saclardan elektronik ve pnömatik parçalara kadar tüm bileşenler, makinalarımıza yıllarca aynı kalitede çalışma imkanı sağlıyor. Referanslarımız arasında 15 yıldan bu yana günde 2 vardiya ile çalışan birçok firma var. Diğer bir özelliğimiz ise teknolojiyi yakından takip etmemizdir. 2000’li yılların başından bu yana hafıza kartı, barkod okuyucu, TCP/IP network desteği gibi konularda hep öncü olduk. Indupress firması olarak son yıllarda konuşulmakta olan Endüstri 4.0 standartlarının yıllar önce fakına vardık ve makinalarımıza entegre ettik. Bence en önemli özelliklerimizden bir diğeri ise makinalarımızda ütü pres işlemlerini gerçekleştiren ütü form kalıplarının gelişen ve değişen modaya tam anlamı ile cevap verebilmesidir. Müşterilerimizin modellerine uygun kalıpları, onlarla birlikte en kısa zamanda hazırlayıp onların kullanımına sunabiliyoruz. Kısacası Indupress markası kalite, teknoloji ve moda kelimelerinin bir bütünü oluşturması anlamına gelmektedir.”
Indupress Turkey is carrying on its business activities from Germany where it is based at, in spite of the existing competitive conditions it is adamantly continuing to manufacture all of its products in Germany. While this situation is making things difficult in terms of price competition, on the other hand, Indupress has the advantage of offering its customers high quality German products. Due to this reason, we are able to stand by with full confidence to the wording in the label “Made in Germany” appearing on the machines. As stated by Indupress General Coordinator, Mr. Erman Tüfekçilerli, last year in 2015 and this year, Indupress established energy lines, iron presses and tunnel finisher systems in Turkey, Kazakhistan, Algeria, Morocco, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Jordan, Canada and in many different countries, in this way they have maintained their position in this sector in the best way possible. Erman Tüfekçilerli said: “We as Indupress Turkish Office, provide support to our central company in terms of sales and after sales services operations in our region, apart from the aforesaid, we also provide assistance in project installations as well as sales and training activities. Due to the aforesaid reasons, the Turkish Office and Turkish market are of paramount importance for the Indupress company”. The 25th Garment Machinery Exhibition shall take place between the dates 27th – 30th of April 2016 stated Tüfekçilerli and went on to say that they shall participate to the said Exhibition and he answered our questions regarding to their work. Could you give us information regarding to the products you have launched to the market and their features? “As I have mentioned before our company is a German company and thereby you can easily detect the German quality at each and every point of our products. We are hundred percent sure of the soundness of our products. Starting from the metal sheets that are of 5mm thickness to electronic and pneumatic parts, all the components that constitute the machines have been ensuring the same perfect quality operation for many years. As points of reference we have many firms that work in two shifts since 15 years up till this day. We are also closely following up technology which is another feature that we have. Ever since the beginning of the years 2000, we have always played a leading role in terms of memory cards, barcode readers. As Indupress company, we became aware of the much talked Industry 4.0 standards many years ago and we therefore integrated it to our machinery. In my opinion, another of the most important features that we possess are the iron form molds that are capable of meeting the developing and changing fashion requirements. We are capable of preparing the appropriate molds that suit the models of our customers, we are able to prepare the molds together with them and deliver them the end products. Briefly speaking, on the whole, Indupress brand means quality, technology and fashion.” What are the contributing effects of the garment products you launch to the market? “Our products enable the durability of the quality of the garment products and thereby carry them forward to a higher stage, therefore it can be said that this feature is a major contributing effect on the garment products. In answer to your previous question, I talked about quality, technology and fashion, as long as we are in a strong position in these fields, the same is true for our customers that work with us and who are using these machines as well.”
Piyasaya sunduğunuz ürünler, konfeksiyon ürünlerine nasıl katkı sağlıyor? “Ürünlerimizin konfeksiyon ürünlerine olan en büyük katkısı kalitelerini koruyup onları bir üst seviyeye taşımasıdır. Bir önceki sorunuzda dile getirdiğim kalite, teknoloji ve moda konularında bizim güçlü olmamız bizimle çalışan ve makinalarımızı kullanan müşterilerimizin de bu konularda güçlü olmasını sağlıyor.”
Which of your products are you planning to showcase at the Exhibition. What are your expectations? “We are mainly planning to showcase our iron press machines, form finishers and ironing tables at the Exhibition. We shall have the opportunity to share with our customers the new products we have developed and look forward to listen to their valuable comments in this regard. We are aiming at reaching out to more new customers at this Exhibition. I have very positive expectations from this Exhibition.”
Fuarda hangi ürünlerinizi sergileyeceksiniz. Beklentileriniz nelerdir? “Bu fuarda ağırlıklı olarak ütü pres makinalarımızı, form finisherlarımızı ve ütü masalarımızı sergileyeceğiz. Geliştirdiğimiz yenilikleri müşterilerimiz ile paylaşıp onların değerli görüşlerini alacağız. Daha fazla yeni müşteriye bu fuarla ulaşmayı hedefliyor olacağız. Benim bu fuar adına beklentilerim son derece olumlu.”
How do you evaluate the future process of this sector? “Frankly speaking, we are going through very difficult times and the year ahead of us will not be an easy one either.
