How to Have a Morning Beauty Routine This is a step by step routine which should take an hour and leave you looking beautiful for school or work!

Steps; Step1. Get up before you need to be ready. Stretch your arms, legs, neck and shoulders. We've all been there. You went to bed determined to get up bright and early; and the next day, you find yourself hitting the snooze button. And hitting it again. And again. Pretty soon, an hour has passed, and you're still groggy and running late. So how do you change this habit and learn to get up earlier?

Don't hit the snooze button. If you snooze, then you really lose. Your snooze alarm won't be long enough for you to actually get any more rest, and hitting snooze will only make you fall back into a restless sleep and to waste so much of your precious time. If you have a solid morning routine, it shouldn't be hard for you to hit your alarm once and to get up and start your day. Okay, who are we kidding — of course it'll be hard at first, but you can build your way towards making it easy. One thing you can do to motivate yourself to not hit the snooze button is to come up 3

with something you're looking forward to doing that you can only accomplish if you have enough time. Maybe you can tell yourself that, if you wake up without hitting snooze, you can watch ten minutes of your favorite morning show, that you can read that article you've been meaning to read, or that you can take a quick refreshing walk around the block. If you tell yourself that you can only do this thing if you get up right away, then you'll be much more motivated to do so. Step2. Get in the shower and wash yourself with a body gel (preferably scented). Follow up with exfoliating and shaving if needed. Shave near the end of the shower, so that the hair has a chance to soften (it'll help with the razor burn and the shave in general). Using shower gel leaves a gentle scent on your skin, as well as leaving you feeling fresh and clean. What greater delight can you have than to get clean in such a fun and easy way?

Turn on the shower and step inside. You can use any temperature that you are comfortable with, but keep in mind that very hot water may be damaging to the skin. If you tend to get dry skin, consider using cool or lukewarm water instead.[10] Once you have set the temperature to your liking, step into the shower.

4

Pour some gel onto a sponge or washcloth. You want a quarter-sized drop—about ½ teaspoon—of shower gel onto a bath sponge or washcloth. For more information as to what sorts of sponges and washcloths you can use, refer to the section in this article on choosing sponges. Lather the soap. Squish and massage the sponge or washcloth until the soap begins to foam and lather. You only need to do this for a few seconds. Keep in mind, however, that some natural and organic shower gels will not lather as much as inorganic ones. Gently scrub yourself all over. Do not scrub too hard, especially if you are using anything abrasive, such as a loofah or a shower gel with exfoliants, or you may irritate your skin. Instead, massage your body with the sponge or washcloth, just as you would with a bar of soap. Rinse it all off. Once you have soaped yourself all up, it is time for you to rinse that soap off. Some of it may already have come off during your shower, which is fine. Simply turn around in the shower until the soap has rinsed off. You may have to raise your arm or leg, and rub water over the skin to get all of the soap off. Step out of the shower and dry yourself off with a towel. Don't rub the towel over your skin. Instead, lightly pat your skin dry with the towel. If you tend to get dry skin, then consider leaving your skin slightly damp, so that it can absorb the remaining moisture.

Step3. Wash your hair with a good shampoo suited to your hair. Then use conditioner. Washing your hair is something you do everyday, so surely, you would want to do it perfectly? But As easy as this task may seem, many people wash their hair incorrectly. This article will hopefully explain the right way to get a shining, clean mane.

- Gather shampoo, conditioner, and a comb. - Brush the hair before entering the shower to avoid tangling. - Soak the hair completely with warm water. Wet the hair as much as possible for at least thirty seconds. - Put a small amount of shampoo onto the palm of your hand. The amount of shampoo will vary with hair length and texture; a good estimate is about the size of a dollar/pound coin. - Massage the shampoo into the scalp with your fingertips, not nails. Concentrate on the top of the head. Shampoo the roots and condition the ends. - Rinse the hair with warm water. Rinse all of the shampoo out before moving on. 6

- Put a small amount of conditioner onto the palm of your hand. Start at the nape of the neck and comb the conditioner through with your fingers, until you have reached the tips of the hair. - Let the conditioner sit for about two to three minutes. Only let it sit for two to three minutes if the brand of shampoo instructs you to do so. Check and make sure it isn't leave in conditioner which you don't have to rinse out at all. Comb the hair while waiting to spread it out more evenly. - Rinse the hair with warm water until all of the conditioner is washed out. - Finish with a blast of cold water to close off the cuticles and give the hair a little extra shine. - Blot the hair dry with a towel. Do not squeeze the hair. - Let the hair air-dry. It's healthier, since blow drying can dry it out and cause frizz. Step4. When you get out of the shower, apply body lotion and give it time to dry. Most people know that applying lotion helps to moisturize the skin, but many don’t realize that it has other benefits as well. Regularly putting lotion on can help minimize the look of wrinkles, sooth stressed skin and acne, and protect your skin from the elements. To get the maximum benefits from your lotion, there are certain tricks and methods for applying lotion that should be followed. These tricks can help you put lotion on your face, your body, and special areas that need more attention.

Figure out what skin type your body is. Just like with your face, you want to use a 7

lotion that is designed for your particular skin type. Don’t assume your body has the same skin type as your face either. Sometimes the skin on your body is drier or more acne prone than the skin on your face, and determining the distinct skin type that your body is currently is important. Purchase body lotion with active ingredients for your skin type. As with face lotions, you want to look for body lotions that include the best ingredients for moisturizing your skin type. This is why it’s especially important to first determine your body skin type, since assuming it is the same as your face could mean applying ingredients that could damage the skin or cause breakouts. Some ingredients that are great for each skin type are Normal skin: Look for thicker lotions or moisturizing creams that include ingredients like vitamin C to help manage antioxidant damage and vitamin E to satiate thirsty skin. Licorice as an ingredient will also help reduce any pigmentation damage. Oily skin: Use lightweight, non-greasy formulas, especially ones that are fast absorbing or contain witch hazel, which is a great natural ingredient for reducing excess oil production and body acne by unclogging pores. Avoid thick, greasy products or ones that contain alcohol or petrolatum. Dry skin: Look for thick cream-based lotions or healing ointments, especially ones that contain Shea butter or coconut oil, two intensely moisturizing ingredients that repair the skin’s moisture barrier. Avoid products that contain alcohol, which will dry out the skin further. Sensitive skin: Look for products that contain soothing ingredients like Echinacea to sooth the skin and avocado oil, which contains fatty acids and tons of vitamin B to moisturize the skin and regulate cell function. Avoid products that contain chemicals, dyes, or perfumes. Combination skin: Look for oil-free formulas containing panthenol, zinc oxide, and lycopene. Avoid thick creams and water-based gels, which will be too heavy or drying for the combination areas. Prepare your body for lotion. Though the skin on your body is not as delicate as the skin on your face, you still need to properly prep your skin for lotion in order to get the maximum benefits. You want to shower or bathe every day, washing your body with a cleanser for your body skin type. Use a clean washcloth or loofah to gently scrub your body clean using circular motions. You should also use a body exfoliator in place of the cleanser twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells and product buildup so that your 8

lotion can sink in better. Keep in mind: - Limit your showers to 5 - 10 minutes to avoid stripping your skin of any moisturizing properties in the cleanser. - Only use water that is warm-to-hot in temperature. You want the water to be slightly hotter than the water you use to wash your face, but water that is too hot will strip your skin of its natural oils. - Rinse your body thoroughly so no product remains to clog your pores or cause irritation and blemishes. - Shaving also exfoliates the skin, so skip exfoliating on days where you shaved your legs, neck, or other areas. Pat yourself dry with a clean, soft towel until you are damp. Just like with your face, you do not want to towel off completely. You want your skin to remain a little damp to help your lotion absorb fully and lock in moisture. Don’t open the bathroom door yet either so that you keep all of the humid air inside the bathroom. The combination of damp, warm skin and moist air will help activate the ingredients in your lotion and keep your skin looking its best. Apply lotion immediately. Taking into consideration the consistency of the lotion and the directions on the product, pump or squeeze a suitable amount of lotion into your hands. You don’t want to pump lotion for your entire body into your hands all at once; you want to focus on one area of your body at a time. Rub your hands together to warm up the lotion and then apply it to your body. Gently press the lotion into your skin with slow sweeping motions, focusing your application on areas that are particularly dry, like the knees and elbows. Let the lotion sink in. Before you exit the steamy bathroom or put on clothes, give the lotion about 5 minutes to sink into your skin. The humidity will keep your pores open, which will allow the lotion to sink in faster and hydrate your skin better. Putting clothes on or wrapping a towel around yourself too soon will wipe away the lotion you just applied, and you will lose all of the moisturizing benefits.

Step5. Get a washcloth. 9

Pour HOT, not boiling, though, water on it, then press to your face. Then wash with an oil-free cleanser (Neutrogena; cheap and effective) then rinse with warm water. Then get 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix. Then rub on face. NOW you can rinse with cold water. LOSE 12 to 23 pounds of Stubborn Fat In Just 21 Days... With

If they have some hairs growing out of place, pluck them. You'll feel a little pinch, but using the right technique will minimize the pain. Learn how to pluck and shape your brows like a professional.

Use an eyebrow brush to brush the hairs straight up. Brush them slightly in the direction they grow. You'll immediately see some long, unruly hairs that need to be plucked. Pluck the hairs that fall outside the dots you made. Carefully pluck a hair at a time, shaping your brows. according to the plan you made - Pluck the hairs that are closer to your nose than the dots you drew over your inner brows. - Shape the arch areas by plucking a few hairs around the peaks to give them a more defined shape. - Pluck the hairs that fall closer to your temples than the dots you drew on the outside of your brows. - Pluck more hairs from the bottom of your brows to make them as thin or thick as you'd like. Do not over-pluck. When you're shaping your brows, take it slow. Step back and look in the mirror every few minutes to check your progress. Make sure you don't pluck too 11

much; eyebrow hairs can take 6 weeks to grow back, and sometimes they don't grow back at all. Finish with brow gel. Comb your brows in the direction of their growth and apply a bit of brow gel (or hair gel) to hold them in place. Step7. Now it's time to get dressed. Make sure your outfit is totally you and fashionable! (It would be easier if you lay out your clothes the night before.) Sometimes it seems like beauty isn't in the eye of the beholder, doesn't it? Fashion can seem very elusive and only for the privileged. But it's easier to start taking strides in the right direction than you think, towards confidence and a fashionable wardrobe.

Know your style. What do you like? Do you want to incorporate trendy items into your wardrobe, or do you prefer a classic look? Do you have hipster tendencies? Want to be a professional? Being fashionable does not mean adhering to a specific look. It means finding what you're comfortable in and running with it. - Spend time flipping through catalogs or surfing websites that feature and sell clothes. There are tons of different pieces that will look phenomenal on you--it's just a matter of finding them.

12

- Find out what other people are wearing. You don't a have to necessarily be a fashion clone to be pretty. Maybe you could see what 'she's' wearing and transform it into your style. - Ultimately, clothes that you love and feel good in will be worn more confidently by you. It has less to do with today's fashion and more to do with how you present yourself, though both are intertwined. Consider context. Where you live, where you go and what you do are major factors in dressing fashionably. If you wear a ballgown to the office, that is not fashionable; if you wear a business suit to the prom, likewise. Think about what kind of clothing is appropriate for the things you're going to be doing. - Fashion varies area to area. What's popular on a runway in Milan may not have made it to the streets of Chicago. Whatever fashion you're aiming for, tap into its sources. Finding what you love and what looks good on you is imperative, regardless of where it's from or who originated it. Before You Continue Check This Out

Step8.Time for makeup.

13

Wearing makeup is common place in today's society, worn for anything from a day at work to a formal night out. However, if you're a newcomer to the world of cosmetics, you may find yourself at a loss with the infinite varieties of makeup and styles that can be found. Luckily, it's not too difficult to learn what the most elementary makeup products are, and how to use each one.

For teens, concealer to cover blemishes and under eye circles, tinted moisturizer with SPF or powder, curl lashes and apply a coat of clear or black mascara and a slick of lip gloss for a natural look. Don't wear heavy foundation or too much eyeliner or eyeshadow and remember to keep your hair back with a rubber band while doing makeup.

Step9. Blow dry your hair, then style it.

14

Air drying may be healthy and natural, but blow drying, when done carefully and with the right techniques, has the ability to not only keep your locks dry, but also to improve their structure and style, without excess damage. If you're sick of wet patches on the back of your shirt and frantically rubbing your wet "do" with a towel, then ditch your old routine and improve your blow drying techniques today.

Loose curls for long hair achieved with a good quality curler is suitable for school and also looks gorgeous. If you have a bad hair day, brush it into a ponytail and cover greasy roots with a headband. Step10. After eating breakfast, brush your teeth well and floss. Brushing your teeth is not just for a whiter smile and fresher breath, it's important for your overall health.[1] When you brush, you remove plaque—a thin film of bacteria that sticks to your teeth and will cause cavities, gum disease, and if you ignore it long enough, will cause your teeth to fall out! Bad breath due to a smelly mouth may keep people away from you especially your elder siblings.[2] You know why to brush, but if you would like to learn how to brush your teeth effectively, these suggestions will help.

15

Use a small amount of toothpaste. Squeeze only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Applying too much toothpaste can cause over-sudsing, tempting you to spit and finish too early. Plus, it increases the risk of you ingesting more fluoride-filled toothpaste, which is very unhealthy. - If brushing is painful, try brushing more gently with accurate up/down motion only or switch to a toothpaste formulated for sensitive teeth. - Set your bristles at the gum line at a 45-degree angle. Gently brush with a short, vertical or circular motion. Don't brush across your teeth. Spend at least three minutes brushing. Brushing just a few teeth at a time, work your way around your mouth in a cycle (start outside lower left round to outside lower right then outside upper right to upper left, change to inside uppers before inside upper right ,inside lower right, finally inside lower left). so that you get every tooth, spending about 12 to 15 seconds in each spot. If it helps, you can divide your mouth into quadrants: top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right. - If you spend 30 seconds on each quadrant, you'll get a full two minutes of brushing time in. If you get bored, try brushing your teeth while watching television or hum a song to yourself while you brush. Brushing your teeth for the duration of an entire song will 16

ensure that you brush thoroughly! Brush your molars. Position the toothbrush so that it's perpendicular to your lips, or so that the bristles are resting on top of your bottom molars. Work the toothbrush in an inand-out motion, and move from the back of your mouth to the front. Repeat on the other side of your mouth. When the bottom teeth are clean, flip the toothbrush over and work on the top molars. To access outside top molars always swing the lower jaw to the side you are working on. This will increase the space available to move your brush up and down by several times so that no sideways motion occurs . Brush the inner surfaces of your teeth. Tip the toothbrush so that the head of the toothbrush is pointing towards your gum line, and brush each tooth. Dentists report that the most commonly skipped area is the inside of the lower front teeth, so be sure not to forget those! Check that your mouth is opening wide enough by holding teeth apart with 2 or 3 fingers of your other hand. This will allow correct vertical angle to reach edge of gum. Gently brush your tongue. After you've cleaned your teeth, use the bristles of your toothbrush to gently clean your tongue. (Don't press too hard, or you'll damage the tissue.) This helps keep bad breath away and gets rid of bacteria on your tongue. If you are worried about bad breath, use mouthwash. Listerine pocket packs are great for on the go breath fresheners. Step11. Spray a little bit of perfume or body spray. Do not saturate yourself with it otherwise you'll smell too strong.

Tips: If you don't like eating in the morning, try to get into the routine of eating your evening meal a few hours earlier and gradually get into the routine of eating breakfast starting with something light like a smoothie and crackers. Breakfast is too important of a meal to skip. It will give you energy throughout the morning and curb your appetite for a large lunch. It also helps with bad breath, because if you don't eat breakfast, 9 times out of 10 your breath is going to stink, so, eat up! Be careful about using scented if you have sensitive skin, as many scented products will give you a rash. Natural, clean shower gels will work fine or you can learn to make your own; many simple recipes exist, and you can add essential oils like lavender and chamomile (which are suitable and nourishing for sensitive skin) to scent them. Drink 8 glasses of liquid. Water is very good for you. Try carrying a water bottle filled with water. It will help you feel energized, keep your voice strong and loud and keep your skin looking healthy and beautiful. Eat breakfast! It'll give you the energy you need for the day. A healthy meal would be a glass of milk or orange juice, a bowl of whole grain cereal or cereal with fruit, a piece of toast and a fresh, nutritious orange. If your are in a hurry try instant breakfast.

Warnings: Remember you are beautiful! Make sure you get a good night sleep so you are not tired throughout the day You don't need makeup all the time. Thanks For Reading And Come Back For More Have A Nice Time!
