The Staves’ music is as striking as it is exquisite; a melding of still, bright English folk and sublime West Coast pop. Sisters Emily, Jessica, and Camilla come to Komedia in support of their debut album, Dead & Born & Grown.

John Grant’s rich, expansive baritone creates heartbreaking melodies and if the dark, gleaming electronica on new single Pale Green Ghosts is anything to go by, his eagerly anticipated new material certainly seems to be no different.
