As seen on Live At The Apollo, a regular on Mock The Week and host of BBC Radio 4’s Newsjack, Angela has also appeared on R4’s News Quiz, and sold out her run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017.

Expect surreal sketches, unsettling illustrations and heavily implied violence. JAMES MEEHAN: WORK IN PROGRESS Offbeat, aloof, yet delightfully likeable, James Meehan is a rising star of the British comedy scene. It will be an hour of new material from the rising star. MATT PRICE : LAST NIGHT A WEEGIE SAVED MY LIFE Friendly Cornish Giant Matt Price was going out with a woman. The only problem, is that she wasn’t going out with him, so Matt a spent a year or of his life looking like the world’s worst stalker. The experience triggered a memory from his childhood. Find out why he pretended to like Death Metal, why he loves bad performance poetry and how a five foot one Glaswegian woman saved his life.

Lucy will be trying out a brand new show featuring some nice grapes, probably an apple but more importantly, a worm.

PHIL NICHOL & LUCY PORTER Tuesday 24 July Doors: 7pm // Show: 7:30pm Tickets: £8.00 Ages 16+ PHIL NICHOL: YOUR WRONGER Phil’s 2017 show ‘Your Wrong’ explored his big brother Andrew’s severe car accident, resulting coma and the Nichol family’s faith, pain, love, and the reality of the limits in medical science. ‘Your Wronger’ picks up the story where the last show left off, continuing the personal and hilariously compelling anecdotal style that Phil has become renowned for. LUCY PORTER: PASS IT ON A brand new stand-up show from the perennial fringe favourite. Always warm, witty and thought-provoking, this is Lucy’s best show yet. She muses on what we receive from our ancestors and what we pass on to future generations. Lucy’s inherited dodgy knees and global warming from her parents, but can she leave a better legacy for her children?

Returning to the Fringe for the first time in 20 years, he tells the story of how a quick trip to the shops changed his life forever. Don’t worry, it’s a comedy show. STUART GOLDSMITH: WORK IN PROGRESS Stu’s back with some thoughts on how it all works out in the end, and whether anyone cares. A hilarious safari through rare diseases, mishaps with appliances, and the chance to convince your son you’ve got some sort of backbone. He’ll be taking on ambition, money, and whether men as a species are worth saving.
