SuperPirates will be transforming Komedia’s huge dance floor into a fun-packed pop up play area every Friday morning from 10.30am - 12.30pm! We’ll be building dens, playing crazy games, dancing to our favourite tunes, and generally having a wild time! There will also be entertainment for babies with play mats, toys and plenty of space for buggies and feeding. Refreshments can be bought from the cafe and enjoyed in the play area too – so parents can get that much needed coffee while the kids are thoroughly entertained! They believe that art and violence work. Their spirit colour is coral pink. Bath Spa Uni’s comedy society are one of Bath’s premium comedy groups. They do improv, sketches and stand- up – both writing and performing. Their flagship comedy night, Idle Playthings, takes place every month at Komedia Bath. In 2014, the Idle Playthings made their Edinburgh Fringe debut with the show Ctrl-Alt-Sketch.

Hera Lindsay Bird is a poet from Wellington, New Zealand. She has an MA in poetry from the International Institute of Modern Letters where she won the 2011 Adam Prize for best folio.
