Michal Shahar is a well-known and respected kindergarten teacher in Ramat Hasharon. Several years ago, Michal became ill and was hospitalized in isolation for a long time. She was diagnosed with severe autoimmune diseasecrps-manifested by severe pain. Since then, she has to use crutches regularly. The Ministry of Health did not approve the continuation of her employment, claiming that this restriction prevents her from working and being in charge of a kindergarten. But thanks to the kindergarten parents and their support, Michal decided to fight the decision and got the media to cover her story. She managed to get a permit to continue working as a kindergarten teacher. The children in Michal's kindergarten see every day that although there are difficulties, they can be dealt with. They learn to accept those who are having difficulties, and know that they have the power to help them. They are proud of their teacher who moves around with pink crutches.

In a meeting between Michal Shahar and Tal Levine it became clear that Michal is wearing a "Crocs" shoe on her sore foot, and she depends on it. She says "the shoe is my third crutch". Tal Levine is an artist of objects, "object ologist". In her studio, tens of thousands of objects are organized according to her unique logic, which she pulls out and organizes in a new order, according to her improvisations and internal connections, in order to create an original statement. The installation she built describes the character of Michal as a kind of angel on crutches. Next to the figure is a chair built as a crutch construction. In a conversation with her, Michal emphasized that the choice "where to take the crisis" is in her hands, and further notes that when there are limitations, it is very important to learn to ask for help and delegate to others.
