Häufig wird „Himmel und Erde“ zusammen mit (geräucherter) gebratener Blutwurst serviert. Die hier gezeigte Variation stammt von Julian Waldner, Koch des Kölner Hotels Hyatt Regency, das in diesem Jahr seinen 30. Geburtstag feiert. Wir gratulieren!
