Meet the Team
The Southeast Industrial Capital Markets team is a best-in-class real estate advisory group focused solely on the industrial asset class. The team’s diverse backgrounds include military service, private equity real estate, industrial leasing, corporate real estate, and public accounting which results in a consultative approach in the execution of their client’s goals. With team members officed in New York City, Charlotte, Tulsa, and Tampa, the Southeast Team is able to provide more extensive coverage and granular information than many of its competitors.

Ryan Vaught joined Colliers in 2018 after previous tenures with JLL and Brixton Capital. He leads the Southeast Industrial Capital Markets team which focuses on consulting with industrial developers, investors, and capital throughout the region. Vaught was previously an officer in the United States Army where he finished his service with a rank of Captain.

Michael Macchia draws upon over five years of experience in commerical real estate investments and financing to create value for his clients. Macchia combines his net lease investment sales focus with a keen understanding of the industrial market across the US, speicfically in the SE US. Prior to joining Colliers, Macchia started his career in NYC at Stan Johnson Co. Macchia has been apart of over $1B worth of transactions throughout his career.

Riley joined Colliers in 2022 as a Capital Markets Analyst In this role, he provides brokerage support, valuation analysis, and market research for the southeast industrial markets. In 2019, Riley began his real estate career as an intern at the Colliers office in Detroit, MI. Prior to joining Colliers in Tampa, FL, he also worked as an intern for Merrill Lynch in a wealth management role.
