A naive version of myself responded ‘I would want to be known as the coffee company that roasts and supplies the best and exotic selection of specialty coffees in the region.
Now, after spending a bit more time with that question, in retrospect, I’d rather we are known for being the most dependable coffee company and the most reliable brand that is able to deliver a consistently exceptional coffee and coffee experience.
