Basic instructions - Shopand Assembly

Shimming

For each adjustment select adjustingshimsand measure individually using a micrometer , then add the recorded not rely measuring the entire shimming whichmay the rated value indicated each

Rotatingshaft seals

For correct rotatingshaft seal proceed follows:

• before assembly , allowthe seal soak the oil will sealing for least thirty

• thoroughlycleanthe shaftand checkthatthe working surface the shaft not

• position the sealing lip facingthe fluid;with hydrodynamic take into consideration the shaft rotation direction and position the grooves that they will deviate the fluid towards the innerside the seal.

• coatthe sealing lip witha thin layer lubricant(useoil ratherthan grease) and fill the gap between the sealing lip and the dustlip double lip sealswith grease.
