Yingtai Wisdom City Masterplan, China, Competition/ 2019 Superimpose Architecture
Superimpose designed the Yingtai Wisdom City Masterplan as an industrial landmark in Longhua District of Shenzhen. The masterplan aims to create and sculpt an inspirational work and living environment. The main focus of this project is to create an outstanding well-integrated TOD development, which naturally integrates office, retail, green and leisure. A Campus valley is created by pushing the towers to the periphery of the site and maximise the space along the central axis. The stepping towers create a balanced mix of diversified floor plate sizes for maximum efficiency and for different R&D requirements. The Nanjing Community Center needs to become a place that stands for community, sustainability and lifestyle. The Design needs to become a socially responsible space that promotes healthy living and creates the quality of life. Our focus lies on applying problem solving tactics resulting in strategic, well-balanced and bold design solutions. In order to create Low-Cost-High-Impact solutions we design with smart and minimum intervention to create the maximum result. The Red Mountains is a unique place in China, where people come to see the incredibly photogenic sceneries. The project "Double Eight" has a mission to make these experiences more unique and pleasant for visitors. This is not just a viewpoint, but a place where people can spend a whole day visiting the gallery, cafe, and workshops related to the mountains inside. The viewing platform has been designed to take advantage of the mountain views from the trail and make visitors see the mountains from different perspectives.
