# 01
Cafe whiffle Urban Coffee House [ Competition ]. 1st Prize winner. Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India. Area : 6990 Sq.mt. “C A F E W H I F F L E”- a gentle wind, cuts you off the daily life hustle with the best cup. Coffee is a strong, refreshing drink that is enjoyed by an equally fresh and pleasant environment. A light, windy structure dominated by the vegetation same as the nature of coffee will evoke the heavenly experience. The sloppy roof with the staggering rhythm in volume interfaces with the hills at the back. Considering the massive site, the structure is focused on the central part amidst the dense vegetation to live the feel of the coffee plantation. A straight jet-out of the drive-thru is planted at the entrance to greet varied types of visitors on the highway.

Bright lively welcoming entrance leads to the reception area, followed by tropical-themed seating and to the open play area.
The live kitchen and the glass volume which offers the art of coffee roasting process and souvenir exhibit at the centre is the perfect blend of visual and aromatic experience needed for the dines.
Extruding the second block to higher volume offers its wide range to sit: workspace for freelancers viewing the vegetation, big group’s chilling next to the water body and overlooking the play area and the mezzanine seating enjoying the active glass volume and the event floor at the back.
The third volume, which is cozy and exclusive for reading, work discussions, outdoor grill seating, and seating enjoying the event floor. The event floor is spotted by varied angles and lets multiple dines enjoy the activity.

# 02 Woodhouse Farm house [ Residential ].
Location : Mysore, Karnataka, India. Area : 4.6 acres. Role : Planning, Architectural Design and Head of Interior Design, 3D visualization. Design was lead to meet up clients brief, for a luxurious Farm House amongst the farm land. Considering the nature of site’s striking views, the form and structure of the builing was played upon in a way to get the peak point for - breathing nand admiring the landscape all over the site. Location: Site being amongst the paddy fields and tall coconut trees, sums up the whole tropical feature for the wooden design. Slightly contoured terrain in best utilised to glance over the paddy fields.

# 03 Pentagon
Office building [Commercial ]
Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Area : B+G+4 [ 6000sq.ft each ] Role : Facade Design, Interior design, Working Drawings, 3D visualization, Landscape Design, Site coordination. Multi- Storeyed office building being the design brief, facade had to stand out from the other commercial building in the row. Designing the interiors to be modern and interactive in nature and reviving the space with subtle landscape design.

Site is situated in densely packed commercial zone, adjacent to metro station and four lane high way.
Facade Design:The south facade being the main source of light throw is directed by the glass curtain wall for the whole height. Adding on different material verticals speaks strong language of design and breaks the monotonous glass wall with its minimalist nature. In contrast to the vertical massiveness of the structure, the horizontal nature of compound wall is complimented with broken horizontal lighting on the solid wall and balanced by pockets of see through screens on it.

Raw industrial feel is captured by exposed ceiling with fabrication and pipes running all over. Minimal Partition screen wall showcasing the same language as that of ceiling piping which blends along with the exposed brick cladding in pantry appreciates the tranparency of the work space. Reception area is highlighted with the wooden panelling backdrop and ceiling. Wherein, breakfast bar has exposed brick cladding to bring in the informal space and warm ambience.
A calming semi open balcony space in 4th floor is tossed for casual work space/ discussion area. An open cafeteria in terrace floor is designed to feel relaxed with the breeze and the artificial lawn, shaded with the canopy. Semi open workspace

# 04 Mysore Mane 5bhk villa [ Residential ] Location : Mysore, Karnataka. Area : G+2 [ 1200 sq.ft each ]. Role : Planning, Working drawing, Site Coordination, Facade Design, Interior Design. Client’s requirement to design a 5 bhk residence with one car parking in a residential locality is planned by showing out boldly the natural exposed brick at two tiers for higher level facade and breaking the monotonous plain brick cladding by extruding brick blocks following a pattern with black paint finish.

# 05 Garden Resort Project type : Resort Design [ Hospitality ] Location : Srirangapatna, karnataka. Area : 5 acres. Role : Architectural design, Master plan, Landscape design, 3D visualization. To the given brief: Resort with multiple rooms which is fused with the surrounding landscape, as refreshing as the lush nature but blended with modern glimpse. Integrity is done to the design by usage of the materials and the earthily palate in a bold clean style.

A perfect amalgamation of various typology of stay along with other amenities. Site having the beautiful water stream flowing on to the east side, surrounded by agricultural fields is well utilized for the calming view from the villas. Refreshing pockets of water bodies are tossed in the planning in the form of ponds and swimming pools. In order to attain maximum privacy and luxury for the pool villas, they are packed towards the boundary of the site. Centre of planning, and the main focus point being the water body which is over looked by fine row villas. Essential amenities as in, admin block and reception areas are planned in the entrance itself

# 06 Twilight Enterprise Botique store design [ Retail ] Freelancing work
Location : Salem, Tamilnadu, India. Area : 500sq.ft. Role : Interior Design, Site execution, 3D visualization. The brief is to design store for women and kids. Considering the area to be less, design was kept to the minimum with straight clean lines and avoiding overdone shelves which will be too heavy for the given space. Wooden finish with the vertical groves pictures the space to be much lighter and spacious.

Location : Mysore, Karnataka, India. Area : 5600 sq.ft Role : Interior Design, Elevation Design, 3D visualization. Project’s brief demanding to renovate the front facade being minimal and modern along with interior design, 3D renders and walk-through video.

The space is spoken off by the materials used, balanced with the glossy laminate/ marble to the matt grey tone with raw wooden blend. Lighting is played in a way to highlight and define the texture of materials.

Family room Family room space is designed to calm the higher level gathering by the usage of subtle tones of white and grey. A strong portrait frame is emphasized at the backdrop, keeping the walls, flooring and furniture clean.

# 08 Material showroom Showroom Design [ Retail ] Freelancing work Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Area : 1500 sq.ft. Role : Interior Design, 3D visualization. The project demanded to renovate the interiors for the showroom, by shaping it with raw industrial style look. Thus, the design followed the thread of exposed ceiling with all HVAC pipes running around which is emphasized by drop box light. Leaving the walls with displayed shelves to be plain in order to highlight the laminates/ tiles showcased on the shelf to wooden panel backdrop giving a dramatic effect for the lounge sofa, every step of the space makes you appreciate the materials of the showroom.
