Customer Engagement: KBL Showcases Innovative Power Generation Solutions at POWERGEN India 2024
Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) showcased its comprehensive range of pumps and hydro turbines for the power generation industry at POWERGEN India 2024 from 4 - 6 September in New Delhi. Visitors were eager to learn about KBL’s solutions for nuclear and thermal power plants, including vertical turbine, concrete volute, metallic volute, boiler feed and condensate extraction pumps; specialised primary and secondary sodium pumps for critical nuclear applications and Pelton, Kaplan and Francis hydro turbines. Additionally, our advanced micro hydro generator PICO and KirloSmart™ system garnered significant interest.
Dr. Ravindra Birajdar, CRED (R&D) and Special Projects Business at KBL, participated in panel discussions on “Flexing Power: Navigating the Future with Autonomous and Sustainable Generation” and “Balancing Acts: Navigating the Future Energy Mix - Assessing the State of Renewables and the Trajectory of Conventional Sources”. His insights into innovative strategies for a sustainable energy transition highlighted KBL’s commitment to leading advancements in the power generation sector.
