The Paul B. Murphy Jr. Family Scholarship Established in 2007 by Kinkaid Trustee Paul B. Murphy Jr., father of Catherine ‘07, Trey ‘11 and Robert ‘14.
The New Orleans Scholarship Established in 2006 by New Orleans’ families whose students were relocated to Kinkaid after Hurricane Katrina.
The Don and Elaine North Scholarship Established in 2002 by Kinkaid trustees and friends of Kinkaid’s fourth Headmaster, Donald C. North, in memory of his parents, Don and Elaine North.

The Elena Semander Scholarship for Art and Athletics
Established in 2010 by The Patrick F. Taylor Foundation to honor Mr. Taylor ‘55, one of the first financial aid recipients at Kinkaid, and a strong supporter of financial aid for deserving students nationwide.
Established in 1973 by Mr. J. B. Saunders, Sr ‘58.
Established in 2008 by Kinkaid Trustee E. Staman Ogilvie and wife Beverly and sons Brian ‘00 and Ben ‘02.
Established in 1982 by the Semander family and friends in memory of Elena Semander ’79. This award is presented annually to a senior girl who excels in the arts and athletics and possesses the character traits of Elena Semander.

The Barbara and Corbin J. Robertson Jr. Scholarships Established in 2008 by Kinkaid Trustee Corbin J. Robertson Jr. and wife Barbara Moses Robertson ‘65, parents of Corbin J. Robertson III ‘89, Christine Robertson Morenz ‘92 and William K. Robertson ‘94, and grandparents of Bradyn ‘21, Hunter ’23, Gayle ’25, Jake ’27 and Keen Robertson ’28 and Lillie ’21, Hope ’23 and Shea Morenz ’28.
The Mickey Saltman Scholarship Established in 2010 to honor former Upper School principal Mickey Saltman.
The Charlie Sanders Scholarship Established with proceeds from the 2010 Kinkaid Auction to honor Kinkaid alum and long time coach/staff member Charlie Sanders ‘54.
The Louisa Stude Sarofim Foundation Scholarship Established in 2005 by the Louisa Stude Sarofim Foundation.
Established in 1996 by the Kinkaid Alumni Association to create a need-based alumni scholarship for a deserving upper school student. The Endowment was fully funded in 2007 by proceeds from the Zack Semander Memorial Golf Tournament, named in memory of the former Kinkaid golf coach.
The Raj Shah Scholarship Established in 2001 by Dr. Usha Shah & Rohit Shah ‘95 and friends of Raj Shah in his memory to underwrite a full scholarship for a deserving upper school student. The Shaper Family Scholarship Established in 2007 by Mr. and Mrs. Steve Shaper parents of Park ‘86, Penn ‘92 and Peter Shaper ’84, and Page Shaper Haun ’88 and grandparents of Lovett ‘15, Jake ‘17, Jeffers ‘19, Riley ‘19, Ben ‘22, Kee ‘22, Lainey ’24 and Warner Shaper ’26.

Established in 2008 with funds from the annual Zack Semander Memorial Golf Tournament to honor long- time coach and faculty member Tom Wey.

ENDOWMENTS ESTABLISHED IN 2014-2015
The Building Together Maintenance Endowment Established in 2014 with funds from The Building Together campaign to help cover the ongoing costs to maintain Kinkaid’s new parking garage, and Dining and Learning Center.
The Barbara Cooney Teaching Fellowship
Established in 2014 with funds from an anonymous donor and the 2015 Sporting Clays Benefit to support a one-year training and mentored experience for high character, high potential teachers and coaches, who have little or no teaching experience when they begin this program. The fund is named for Barbara Cooney who taught sixth grade ancient history for 38 years before retiring in 2013. 47
