While they love all that NYC has to offer (minus the brutal winters), they look forward to getting back to their Texas roots one day! Abby Lestin is living in Houston and working for the Houston Business Journal as an account executive. She is currently #2 in her company out of 40 markets for sales. Abby is actively involved with the Mission of Yahweh and the Leukemia and Lymphoma society where in 2012 she raised $42,000 in just 10 weeks! Keep up the great work Abby! Alice Gutermuth Lodge got married in August. She and her husband live in Houston, and Alice works as an RN at Texas Children’s Hospital. Courtland Crosswell McBroom is in her second year as the marketing coordinator for Village Homes, a leading Fort Worth custom and spec homebuilding company. This side business has been a dream come true for her. She and her husband John are enjoying life in Cowtown! Meg McGuire moved to Los Angles where she is the PR and Marketing Manager for Nicole Richie’s jewelry line: House of Harlow 1960, CC Skye and Karen Kane. Helen Hemingway McLaughlin married Barton Neal McLaughlin, Jr. at her family’s home in Waldoboro, Maine on August 30. She and Barton live in Houston. Reid Schwartz is celebrating five years at Edelman Public Relations in Austin and was recently promoted to Account Supervisor. Congrats Reid! Abigail Smith graduated from medical school in the spring and is now an Obstetrics and Gynecology resident at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis. She is enjoying residency and St Louis! Stephanie Wilkinson is teaching high school English at Incarnate Word Academy in Downtown Houston. She graduated from the University of Houston in May 2014 with an M.A. in English. Ellen Wooten completed her undergrad degrees from the University of Hawaii in 2011 with a B.S. in Physics, B.S. in Astronomy, and minor in Math. She completed her Masters of Science in Physics with a Neurophysics concentration from Georgia State University in January 2014. Ellen moved to Macon, Georgia, after grad school to be closer to her fiancé Maximilian Dixon. Ellen is currently teaching seventh grade Earth Science at First Presbyterian

Day School in Macon, Georgia. She also coaches cheerleading! Ellen and Maximilian will be married in June 2015. Congrats and best wishes Ellen! As for me, Grace Lee, I still love living and working in Fort Worth. I work as the Sponsorship and Events Manger at Firestone and Robertson Distilling Co, makers of TX Whiskey. Her areas of concentration include Talent, entertainment and

lifestyle PR representing an array of best-selling authors, actors, television hosts, non-profits and start-ups. Mason Bashaw is helping to found the Young Catholic Professionals Houston Chapter, as the Director of Development. She recently got engaged to Lane Clelland and looks forward to tying the knot with him in July of 2015! Emma Christopherson is in her second year as a middle school ELA teacher at The Westview School, which is a school for high-functioning children with autism spectrum disorder. Arun Singh recently moved to LA to work for Riot Games, a video game company that makes a computer game called League of Legends. In his new job, he sets up sports leagues in emerging markets. Betty Gerecht is working as a real estate agent at John Daugherty Realtors and as a designer for a homebuilder in Houston. Betty has been doing quite a bit of traveling, visiting Hong Kong, Paris, Montana, San Francisco and Napa in the past year. Andrew Klein is enjoying his third year at The University of Texas School of Law where he serves as the Director of Submissions for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. He is looking forward to starting as an associate at Vinson & Elkins in Houston during the fall of 2015. Bailey Britt Weaver and her husband JR recently moved to Washington, DC in June and just celebrated their twoyear anniversary. Bailey is working for a food business incubator called Union Kitchen (www.unionkitchendc. com). Elisabeth Markman is pursuing her doctorate in clinical health psychology in Philadelphia. She is currently in her third year of the program. Audrey Pyle is still living in Houston and working at The Menninger Clinic as a psychiatric nurse. She is loving it! The highlight of her year was presenting her research at the American Psychiatric Nurses Association Annual Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. Margaret Belchic recently from Washington, DC to San Francisco, California, to work at a digital media start up called Flipboard. Lee Wilde works at Arena Design, which makes custom hand-printed and hand-painted textiles, and wall coverings. Lee serves as the graphic designer and production manager. She just moved to The Heights and this spring will begin her yoga instructor training. RJ Dabbar is still living in Manhattan working for a company called RehashStudio doing web and app development.

Christin Snodgrass recently returned to Houston from Dallas and is still working at Vinson & Elkins doing Events, Charitable Contributions and Business Development. Kirstin Wilkinson recently got engaged in June to Ben Wescott of Virginia. They plan to get married in Memphis next July. She also switched departments at her alma mater, Rhodes College, and is now working in Development and coordinating reunion programs. Matthew Hussey just moved to Oklahoma City and still works for Chesapeake Energy. Kevin Anding lives in Dallas working in sports sponsorship and marketing for a firm called The Marketing Arm on their AT&T Olympic business. He lives with his beloved three-and-a-half-year-old dog Colt. Mark Sabbagh recently completed year two of medical school and just started the PhD portion of his MD-PhD training. He will be studying central nervous system vascular development with a major focus on the molecular mechanisms involved in blood-brain barrier development and maintenance. Eric Gemp just left the consulting and accounting world to join a start-up PE real estate fund. Jared Gooding still lives in Chicago and recently finished working on this year’s production of Lookingglass Alice. Beginning in 2015, Jason Adams will begin working for his favorite record label, Sargent House, in Los Angeles. He will be helping them with everything from recording and mixing to marketing, artist management and tour management. Jason will continue his freelance work in sound design and writing music for film and TV. Earlier this year a short film with featuring Jason’s music won an award in the GI Film Festival. Ally Bono is living in Houston and works at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the marketing department on the global branding team. Eric Hurst graduated in August 2014 with a B.S. in Math and a minor in Physics from The University of Houston. Eric works at a company in the Galleria area called TopSpot IMS, as an SEO Specialist. Kevin Clegg works for Chevron as a facilities engineer in the Deepwater Exploration and Projects group. He has been involved in the design, construction and commissioning of the Big Foot platform, which will produce oil and gas from the Gulf of Mexico beginning in 2015. He lives in Houston and recently got engaged to Katherine Verity.
