In the little free time she has, Katie spends time outside with friends and her dog Nikki, hike, do yoga, and soak up the Arizona sun! Leslie Roemer Labanowski and husband Lawrence are enjoying spending time with their two-year-old daughter Lauren and ten-month-old son Lawrence Jr. Lauren Bush Lauren is living in New York (still and probably forever more) with her husband David. She lives and works downtown, walking to her FEED office for work each day, where she is the Founder and CEO (or “Chief FEEDer”). She works on everything from marketing, to partnerships, to product design, to strategy, to giveback and more. Lauren was glad to spend time with her little sister Ashley, who just started at USC film school, and her brother Pierce, who runs the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Houston Chapter, over the holidays. She misses her old Kinkaid friends and is excited to visit with some of them in March during the first annual Alumnae & Friends Luncheon! This past year, Michelle Vosko Levin moved to Los Angeles with her family and had her second child. Michelle, her husband Dan and boys Will and Josh are very much enjoying the transition to nice weather year round. Clifton Levine is living in Los Angeles, where he has been for the past six years, and is working as the VP of Finance & Accounting for ScoreBig, Inc., a venture-backed start-up in the live-event ticketing industry. Justin Levine just moved back to Houston from San Francisco. He will be working with his father at Levcor, Inc. (real estate development and investment firm). Justin was in San Francisco for the last couple of years, and before that business school and in New York. Since his last update, Taylor Liedtke has continued to enjoy his current role as an Associate in the M&A Investment Banking Group at BBVA. When not making it rain at work, which is a common occurrence, he can be found on the golf course sinking birdies or doing whatever he can in the outdoors. While he and his lovely wife Devon Myers Liedtke still do not have plans to add a rugrat in the near future, they are excited to announce that they are expecting a new addition this coming March in the form of a Goldendoodle. Steve Lionetti has been working for a year and a half for Google and just got promoted! His fiancée Sloane is working on her Masters from Columbia, and they are looking forward to their wedding in June! Kimberley Harberg Luskey and her
husband Brian are still in Austin and loving it! She was asked to be a table captain co-chair for the Jewish Federation Women’s Division annual fundraising luncheon and is looking forward to that. Kim is enjoying being a full time Mom to Abel who is 16 months old! Melissa Miller and Bart McGuyer still live in New York City, where she is an editor and he is a scientist. In the past year they have become avid long distance runners, possibly to attain lofty physical fitness goals, possibly to compensate for living above a wine shop. Whitney Mears continues to work as the Director of Business Development for Mosbacher Energy Company and completed the Ironman Texas in May. He and his wife Katie are helping plant a new church, The Story Houston. Ali West Montgomery started a new position as the Event Department Coordinator at A Fare Extraordinaire and loves working with the fabulous team on creating memorable catering and production experiences. Her husband Pearson continues to work as the Property Manager for ELD Associates. Their daughter Madeline West Montgomery just turned 10 months and is keeping them busy and laughing! Michael Norton is going on his sixth year in Austin (still loving it) and recently enrolled at McCombs Business School, which as been a great learning experience. Along the job recruitment trail, he has run in to Kinkaid alumni all over Texas! Brooke Bagby O’Neill and husband Billy ’99 are living in Houston, and enjoy being newlyweds. Brooke is approaching her four-year anniversary working at Stream Realty Partners. Ben Ogilvie continues to love life in San Francisco, where he works as a Product Manager for ArcTouch, Inc. (Shameless plug: if you or your company need an iPhone or Android app built, let him know!) In his spare time he’s getting out to NYC as often as possible to visit his new nephew, Shane Staman Ogilvie. This winter Ben and his girlfriend will be headed to Hong Kong, Macau and Thailand for a long-overdue SCUBA trip. Corinne Pickett and her boyfriend Bird have spent the year starting Roadtrip Motorcars in Brownsville, Kentucky. They import Japanese and European classic cars at least 25 years old. Corinne is also continuing to work on commercials and TV shows in Los Angeles while trying to break into the Nashville editing scene. Laura Altman Prewett and her husband moved to Baku, Azerbaijan, about a year ago. She has been involved in medical mission work for the past year. Though they miss their family and friends,
they are really enjoying their expat adventures! Liz Love Ross completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in July. She received her full license and began working at TIRR on the Spinal Cord Injury Unit as a Psychologist in August. Cliff Schroff loves family life and is looking forward to an upcoming move to Washington State! Reid Springmeyer lives in Houston with his wife Lyndsy Beth and their three children Oden (4), Riley Ruth (2) and Davis (1). He works for Geophysical Pursuit, a seismic data licensing company that serves the E&P industry. Adele Sweetnam Taylor got married a few years ago to her college boyfriend. She is living in NYC, and is back at consulting firm McKinsey after going to Columbia Business School. Adele runs into Kinkaid people all the time on the subway and in midtown and has lots of visitors too! Meg Marinis Vernon is still writing for Grey’s Anatomy, and her next episode actually airs in January! She and her husband Taylor are still enjoying living in Los Angeles, although they miss everyone in Texas! Scott Wade and his wife Katie are enjoying life in Fort Worth with their three boys. Howard (7) is enjoying first grade at Covenant Classical School, and Jonathan (5) is having fun with his younger brother Peter at home. He is also ready to be in big boy school with his older brother. Peter (2) is having fun keeping all entertained. Scott started a company this year, HJ&P Group, where he identifies small, private businesses to invest in. Paige Garrison Wright and her husband Taylor welcomed a daughter Tallulah in March. She completed her pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in June and recently started her job as a general pediatrician at a Texas Children’s clinic. She loves spending her days caring for children, but most of all her own little girl! Lula (8 1/2 months) is the joy of her parents’ lives. Kristen Wu recently married Mike Feldman, who is a Denver native and attorney for the Chicago Cubs, on October 11th in Houston. She continues to practice physical therapy at The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and hopes her newlywed status will help to keep her warm through another rough winter. Arash Zafarnia is living in Austin with his wife Alison. They got married in September on the beach in Avalon, New Jersey, and then had a second ceremony in Houston at the Junior League of Houston. Arash works for Handsome, a digital product studio, as the Director of Marketing. He
works with funded startups to create consumer and enterprise applications for iOS, Android and the Web.

Elizabeth Pearson Bigelow loves living in Chicago, where her husband Michel is completing his MFA in Creative Writing. Elizabeth is teaching and advising for Year Up, a national non-profit job development program designed to close the “opportunity divide” experienced by urban young adults, and for the city colleges of Chicago. She also loves being in the same city as Charlotte Wolfe Ross after eight years! Alex Hoffer is still living and working in San Francisco and loving it! Jack and Sarah Jane Jornayvaz Howell are currently living in New York City. Sarah Jane is working as the school nurse at the Village Community School in the West Village.
