It’s been a fun-packed year of learning through experience in Year 4. We have followed our IPC curriculum closely throughout the year, covering topics such as: Active Planet; Feel the Force; and Temples, Tombs and Treasures to name but a few!

To tie in with our Young Entrepreneurs topic, Year 4 spent a busy few weeks creating their own small businesses. The children sorted themselves into teams, balancing their skills and creating products to sell to the other children at pocket money prices. All groups worked brilliantly together, cooperating carefully and listening well. They all made superb profits which we were happy to donate to STEP UK.
here have been many highlights. Our Year 4 production of ‘What a Knight!’ was a triumph and the children worked very hard with Miss Birchall and Mrs Cross to polish their performances and learn their lines. We all appreciated the humour and confidence that they brought to the stage; impressive in children so young.
