Introduction • As we all know, the holiday is a time for great laughter, delicious food, and precious time with loved ones. However, We all look forward to this time of year and celebrating the holidays together with our families and friends – at our homes.

• But what if you don’t have a home? What if you are homeless? What if you are living in a car or under a bridge? How will you celebrate this holiday season? • We believe that everyone should be able to celebrate the holidays in their own way – and that includes without having to worry about where they will sleep at night.

 Your home is likely to see more visitors than usual this holiday season. You might have your children visiting for the holidays, host a meal or party, or just want to welcome someone with holiday cheer. Regardless of why you have more visitors coming through your doors, you want your home to feel comfortable for them.  To make your home more pleasant is to give your carpets some extra care before they arrive and keep them clean during the holidays. Here are some tips on how to protect your carpets from wear and tear during the holiday season.

 A clean home is a happy home. Keeping your carpets clean will not only make your house look better, it will also help prevent stains from setting in and reduce the risk of mold growth. Doormats are a great way to keep dirt and mud out of your carpeted areas. They can be placed at all entrances, including the garage door or front door. A simple doormat can save you hundreds of dollars in cleaning costs.

 The best way to protect your carpets from everyday wear and tear is by inviting guests to remove their shoes before entering your home. This may not be a family rule that everyone will like, but it will help to reduce the mess that holiday guests make by asking them to remove their shoes when they enter the house.

 A slipper party is another creative way to protect your carpets; invite your family and friends to bring their favorite home slippers! Regularly vacuum all areas of the house, especially high-traffic areas such as hallways and entryways where dirt tends to accumulate quickly. This is a great way to keep everyday dirt and spillages from getting into your carpets!

What Can You Do? If you were working during the peak of the pandemic, you’ve learned how to protect yourself at work and in public by using masks and social distancing. You don’t have to wear a mask at home. However, there are steps you can still take such as:

1.Do Not Touch Your Face 2.Purification and Ventilation 3. Don’t Take Your Shoes to the Door 4. Sanitize

Do Not Touch Your Face

As much as possible, avoid touching your face. This applies to your cheeks, lips, nose, eyes, and forehead. If you feel your hair touching your face, it is best to comb it or pull it back. It is also a good idea to avoid using hand sanitizers or alcohol-based products. This can dry out the skin and cause irritation that may lead to breakouts. If you do use these products, be sure to wash them off thoroughly with warm water before applying makeup.

Purification and Ventilation

To increase the air quality in your home, open your windows and adjust the settings of your air conditioner. Opening your windows will allow you to replace any air that has been contaminated by a virus with fresh, clean air. A HEPA filter is an air purifier that filters out pollen, mold, and other pollutants from the air. This will clean your air. This will allow you to replace any contaminated air with fresh, clean air from outside. If you'd like to take an extra step towards improving the air quality in your home, consider installing an air purifier that filters out pollen, mold, and other pollutants.

Don’t Take Your Shoes to the Door

It’s not surprising that our shoes are in direct contact with many contaminants, including lead. Lead is a harmful substance that can cause serious health problems. It is recommended that we leave our shoes at the front door when we enter our homes. Your shoes can be left at the front door to reduce the risk of the virus spreading inside.

Sanitize

To prevent the spread of germs, it's important to clean all electronic devices, such as phones, railings and knobs. This includes handles on the oven, refrigerator, sinks, as well as windows.
