ENTERPRISE WEEK

Enterprise Week this year was extraordinary. It started with every class from FS1 to Year 6 having parent volunteers come into classrooms to share their experience of entrepreneurship or of their business adventures. This truly inspired our students, who were keen to start their own business projects for the week.

They learnt about designing, creating, marketing, the concept of profit and loss and, most importantly, how they were going to sell their products at the end of the week. On the sales day, the school was packed with parents visiting different 'shops' to buy the final products; we had keychains, cakes in a mug, hand decorated mugs, ice lollies and much more.

This was another fantastic opportunity to expose our children to real world learning and for our parent community to work closely with the school for what was an incredible week!
