Fenway Residence Residence description This residence provides convenient and comfortable student living in shared apartments. It is located at the Mass College of Art and Design. The location is only steps away from the Museum of Fine Arts and Northeastern University, and close to both downtown Boston and Brookline. Apartments are fully furnished with a nice living area, kitchen and AC. Apartments contain two double rooms and accommodate up to four students per apartment. The residence has laundry facilities on site, and all apartments have wifi and cable TV. Students can also use the cafeteria at Mass College of Art and Design on a cash basis. The residence is located in the hip and student focused area around Northeastern University and is neighbour to Boston’s well-known Museum of Fine Arts. Residents have easy access to Boston’s famous Fenway Park, the iconic home of the Boston Red Sox and are located very close to downtown Boston with its many top cultural and touristic attractions. Located by Northeastern University and the Colleges of the Fenway, residents will also feel Boston’s strong academic presence. The area has plenty by way of entertainment with restaurants, bars and clubs all close-by. The 60 bus is a 12 minute walk from the residence and takes students to Boylston Street from where they can get to campus within a 5 minute walk. Alternatively, the D-line branch of the Green Line subway is within a 20-minute walk from the residence and will take students to Chestnut Hill Station.
