Check your Windows user settings by carrying out the following steps to see if you haven’t granted the QBDataServiceUserXX administrator capabilities, as this could lead to issues:-
• The Windows start menu can be accessed after logging in as an administrator.
• As soon as the Control Panel is launched, choose the User Accounts Tab.
• QBDataServiceUserXX can be chosen by performing right-clicking on it in the list. The value of the XX number may vary based on the version of QuickBooks you are using.
• After selecting “Change the account type,” you will be prompted to select “Administrator.”
• If the problem has been fixed, you can verify it by checking with QuickBooks after making the necessary adjustments.
