Art. 1. Las penas que pueden imponerse con arreglo a este Código y sus diferentes clases, son las que comprende la siguiente:

TIEMPO DE SENTENCIA: 1 MES = 1 MINUTO

Escala general:

a) Retirada temporal de derechos y permisos del ciudadano. b) Sanción económica. c) Calabozo. d) Retirada de licencias. e) Prisión federal. f) Juicios ante tribunales del orden público.
