orco College serves over 16,000 students annually and is recognized nationally after being selected for prestigious Community College Futures Assembly Bellwether Award, a Best for Vets institution by Military Times, and as a Great College to Work For by The Chronicle of Higher Education. Serving the cities of Norco, Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Temescal Valley, and their surrounding communities, Norco College offers over 80 majors including certificates, degrees, industry credentials, and free short-term certificates. Home to the National Science Foundation national center, curriculum centers around four schools: Arts and Humanities; Business and Management; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; and Social and Behavioral Sciences. Each school provides a “roadmap” and additional

support structures in order to reduce the time it takes to complete a degree or certificate. Academic programs for transfer provide connections to such universities as UC Irvine, UCLA and Cal Poly Pomona. Norco College recognizes the critical role that the Inland Empire plays in the economy. From entrepreneurship programs to innovative work-based learning models, the College focuses on moving students from jobs to promising careers in locally-available, in-demand industries.
PARTNERSHIPS AND PROGRAMS Military Times ranked Norco College as one of the Best Colleges for Veterans for the sixth time in seven years - one of only four California community colleges to make the ranking. Military Friendly also recognized Norco College with a bronze-level Military Friendly

School Award. Norco College just opened a brand-new Veterans Resource Center offering comprehensive services to give back to those who have served. The Veterans Initiative also provides college credit for military service helping Veterans complete their education faster while honoring their military training and education. Norco College is home to one of the largest middle college high schools in the nation, John F. Kennedy Middle College High School. With nearly 600 students enrolled yearly, JFK has graduated nearly 6,000 middle college students, many with at least 30 units of college credit, and some with associate degrees –debt free. The innovative Apprenticeship Program at Norco College is both a federal and state registered program working to eliminate the skills gap and giving students the opportunity to begin
