At the end we decided to use the last method because it is flipped inwards at the bottom so that the modules connected to it would be pressed downwards. It gives the whole module more depth.

We decided to use 3 stripes to do the module. There would only be three bolts at the connection points. The timber stripes are continous. This makes the module stands as an entirety.
