OISELLE NEW YEARS CAMPAIGN B R A N D I N G Oiselle is an athletic wear store that was founded in Seattle in 2007. Started and run by women, Oiselle makes products designed for women specifically in the running community. In the spirit of this company and the idea of women coming together, the New Years Marketing Campaign is based around the idea of women inspiring other women. The project includes “#takingflight2018� building on their existing brand and unifying the movement through social media. There are also quotes from women in the running community and goal-setting cards to share on social media. There are digital and physical elements that would temporarily splash their website and storefront with the movement.

These 5x7 goal setting cards are either mailed out with online orders of bagged with in store purchases. They help customers connect, with the help of the campaign hashtag, with other runners through social media.

The quotes used for the posters posts were collected from women of different ages in the running community as part of the campaign. They were asked for their favorite mantra or quote.

T IS FOR TYPE ABC BOOK T Y P O G R A P H Y ,

P U B L I C A T I O N “T is for Type� is an original publication complied by myself. Each letter of the alphabet is tied to a typeface beginning with that letter. After typefaces were selected each font was researched and release dates, country of origin, typeface designer and other interesting facts were recorded. This information was broken down, reduced, and edited into the final publication. Each page was designed using only the letter form as design elements. The color pallet is a simple black and white to respect subtle elements in each typefaces design. Black and white also pays tribute to the print medium. Overall it was an interesting exploration of typefaces and type history.
