You’d be forgiven for pointing out that Tyler isn’t, well, old. Hyphen’s team of five skews young, and, while that’s not intentional, it’s a fact that this energetic team is nimble and reacts with skill and speed to every bump in the road to the closing table. Hyphen has high expectations of its team as they work to become their clients’ lifelong real estate advisors. Hyphen’s agents leverage a strong background in marketing media, and, with more than $100M+ in sales, expertly advise buyers, sellers and investors in Colorado.

As Hyphen hit the ground running, Tyler and Ryan were also collaborating in a business offering high-end media services including drone photography and videography to real estate brokerages around the world. While it was great to be part of some mighty transactions, a light was about to turn on. “This media thing’s cool so let’s use it to land some high-end listings ourselves,” Tyler proposed to Ryan. Easy sell. Now Hyphen offers this product under its own umbrella as a value add.

The chemistry the pair had enjoyed growing up was apparent soon after they started working together. They balance well and pitch each other ideas with respect. Both having been raised in Boulder is a natural advantage. “We know the area and the neighborhoods, local schools and outdoorsy opportunities,” Tyler says.

“I think we’re able to relate to people better,” Ryan adds. “People enjoy making that connection. We know Boulder better than someone who moved here later in life. Inside and out, we know how it’s grown as a whole.”

Hyphen is open to growth and expects to bring on a few more brokers over the next couple of years when there’s a great fit. If that raises an interested eyebrow, Scott wants you to know this, “We’re a dynamic team focused on creating a product for clients and brokers that is top-notch. We’re adaptable, we move quickly, we’re well established in the luxury market, and our confidence and standards are high.”
