POWERSKIDS
Easily one of the most exciting parts of any Powercruise event. With the long main straight and plenty of viewing area’s to take it all in, lots of drivers want to become a Powerskid Legend. Some are spectacular whilst others, well….try hard anyway. Top Judged Powerskid went to Josh Calgaro (Turbo HSV Commodore) with Michael Brown in second (Blown Ramber), 3rd place went to Todd TrudgettHanlon (Turbo 6 Cressida), in 4th spot was the crowd favourite Trent Smith in his blown/injected Torana Hatch with Brett Maddicks rounding out the Top 5 in his Turbo XR6 Falcon.

DYNO SHOOTOUT
The Dyno Comp has certainly turned into a turbo playground with the biggest numbers recorded coming from those with at least one turbo hanging off their engine. Brent Godwin topped the horsepower figures this year with his Falcon six turbo recording 1014.1hp. The next highest was Daniel Skewes, whose turbo V8 VK Commodore ran the rollers up to 1005.7hp taking out the V8 Small Block Blown Class. Troy Willoughby’s 2018 Statesman won the V8 Small Block Aspirated class with 462hp leaving Bradley Myers to take home the gold in the Big Block Aspirated Class with 526.3hp from his GTS Monaro. Shaughn Young was the top of the 4cyl Blown class with 487.3hp from his 180SX Nissan Coupe.
