Dawn chorus came alive at Muckross Abbey

The music of Sliabh Luachra and celestial sounds of the Dawn Chorus came alive at Muckross Abbey, at 5am on Saturday morning.

The dawning of the day....Dawn Chorus begins from Muckross Abbey, in Killarney National Park, presented by Conservation Rangers from National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) and live music from musicians, Derry and Ro- sie Healy and accordion player, Bryan O'Leary. Included was Bird Song from 6th Century monastic Islands of Skellig Michael and Innisfallen on Lough Lein.
