Andov Pane I believe that all of you have heard many definitions of what psychokinesis is all about but the simplest one and the most understandable is probably this one: “Mind over matter. This mental influence over matter is a product of an extraordinary strong mind, which helped by the brain, sends psychic waves towards the object and causes movement. Depending on the strength of the psychokinetic force, the physical object can be moved, deformed, levitated, etc. Inducing self-levitation or neutralizing one’s own gravity happens rarely but it is quite possible with people who possess far above the average psychokinetic force. Like with most of the extraordinary powers, my experience with psychokinesis is also by the universal training, which starts with zener cards. For the psychokinetic tests to begin, the student is being required to complete the whole system of exercises divided in seven stages first. One has to be strongly self-confident of being completely capable to move the match. Concentration is crucial and the student has to focus on the object with maximum mental force as if his/her life were depending on it.
