Students, each assuming the role of a Department Head, then assemble as a management team to figure out what all the analyses tell them. They assemble the relevant pieces of information from each individual into a coherent picture that leads them to a conclusion and recommendation for their Example Case problem. At this stage they have arrived at a solution to the problem defined in the first session that they can support with facts, each fact visually explained via a chart that is clear and appropriate.
