Design a packaging with the function of securing multiple breakable glasses. The brief was to create a structure that is functional and sustainable. The sustainability aspect will play an important role in the design, as it will dictate the dimension available for content and graphics.

I produced a rigid structure with minimal illustrative graphics that can inform the target audience the products inside the packaging. The simplicity of the designs and the choice of materiality I chose were decided based on the affordability and functionality that Duralex intended to offer. 11

We were asked to design a board game that is appealing to a chosen demographic. A physical packaging structure with complete pieces to play a game was needed.

This project was inspired by the geometric elements of Art Deco and an emphasis on “Speakeasies”. I used stylized typography and geometric illustrations in order to reflect the Art Deco period. The concept and the style of the board game explored the idea of hidden bars and clubs and their lavish decorations. 31

Design a complete and cohesive branding system for a local boutique that demonstrates its uniqueness. Moreover, with the main purpose of increasing foot traffic and interaction.

Specialized in handcrafted and sustainably sourced products, the design has a premium and handcrafted feel to it. As its inspired by the proprietor’s selection of nature’s textures, I explored organic shapes and lines with texturized materials for a sophisticated aesthetic. 53

We were asked to design an app that would solve consumers’ problems. The solution proposed should be able to aid consumers in their daily life activities with ease.

I designed an app that can help consumers monitor and manage their subscription spending activities. The design is functional and minimal to easily navigate the users through the app. The primary color is blue as it symbolize security and stability. 75

Design a cookbook that demonstrates a clear purpose. A cookbook should be intended for a specific target audience and serve as a solution to their dietary problems or personal preferences.

For the cookbook, the concept revolves around the idea of disecting the nutritional labels on packaged goods. The choice of iconography and grids reflect the nutritional labels layouts. The overall purpose is to provide readers recipes that are healthy with pre-cooked items for convience. 99

Design alcohol packagings with 3 flavors that demonstrate the concept of the brand. The concept should reflect the brand’s story and its unique selling point.

Inspired by the origin of the products and how it was made, The design is illustrative to reflect the sceneries of the origin’s location. The design is a hybrid between typography and illustration. The illustration was inspired by Vietnam’s iconic rice terraces and patterned tiles. 117

This is a collaborative project, with the objective of designing a large-scale retail store brand and packaging system.

I was inspired to created a retail store that redefines the relationship between plants and people. Using plants to enhance both mental and physical health, the store has a variety of products we want to promote healthy lifestyle for all target audiences. Design a visual system that solves a particular problem. The solution will be presented in 3 category: print, digital and social media.

Inspired by the stiching on clothing, Renew project explores the idea of recyling clothing. The campaign offers garment customization for the target audiences.
