Recruiting and staffing expert Jennifer Rader has more than 18 years of experience in national staffing, sales, management, business development, event planning and more. She joined the mortgage industry when she became Franklin American’s national staffing manager in 2012; prior to that, Rader was a division director at Robert Half International, an international staffing firm.
Since 2004, Kristen Sieffert has worked in various roles in the mortgage industry, including sales, customer relations, operations management and underwriting. Before being appointed as president of Finance of America Reverse in October 2015, Sieffert was the organization’s chief operating officer. She also has held management positions at One Reverse Mortgage and EquiPoint Reverse Mortgage.

Robin Patzert just celebrated her 20th year in mortgage banking, returning to her wholesale lending roots when she joined Parkside Lending in September 2015. Patzert grew up in the business, starting as a wholesale coordinator and ultimately taking on senior leadership roles in the retail and direct lending channels at CitiMortgage, JPMorgan Chase and LoanDepot. Some highlights of her career include winning a Presidential Award for her leadership of a new business unit, leading an operations integration for a major retail merger and creating key leadership training modules. She is currently working to build a data and intelligence infrastructure that will include a full suite of scorecards and KPIs for Parkside Lending and its supporting departments.

Stephanie Dombrowski’s loan volume numbers at Colorado’s Ent Credit Union have consistently earned her national recognition as a top producer. This spring, Scotsman Guide listed her at number 256 on its Top Dollar Volume list and number 85 for Most Loans Closed. “Those numbers ... reflect a real passion for educating and helping others,” says Tony Sloan, mortgage loan production manager at Ent. Dombrowski regularly presents mortgage seminars to industry professionals, as well as new homebuyers. She is also an active supporter of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs Young Professionals, the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and the Pikes Peak United Way.
