Melissa Marino got a jump-start in the mortgage industry at 16 years old, working as an assistant to a high-producing loan originator at American One Finance. Just a short time later, she was promoted to senior loan processor and eventually transitioned to a client account manger for a local lender. In 2011, ready for a new challenge, Marino accepted a position as an internet marketing coordinator for Best Rate Referrals; within five years, she had ascended to her current role as VP of operations.

Allyson Kreycik entered the mortgage industry 14 years ago, looking for a way to combine her financial expertise and passion for helping people. “I earned a degree in business and wanted to have a career in finance,” she says. “I also wanted a career where my days are spent helping people. The mortgage industry was a good match for that – and the ability to help people daily with their home financing needs is a perfect fit for me.” Kreycik has consistently been ranked among the top loan officers in the country, earning the number 80 spot in Scotsman Guide’s Top 300 Originators in 2014. She has been a member of Guaranteed Rate’s President’s Club since 2012 and joined the Chairman’s Circle in 2015. “Professionally, I am honored to have had the opportunity to help thousands of homeowners over the years with their home financing needs,” Kreycik says. “To have grown my business by hard work and doing the right thing for people to the point of being the top-producing female loan officer for my company is an honor.”

Linda McCoy is owner and president of Mortgage Team 1, a full-service mortgage company offering commercial and residential loans. In addition to running her own company, McCoy also serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Olga Kucerak is the president and CEO of Crown Lending, but her dedication to the mortgage industry doesn’t stop there. She also sits on the board of directors at the National Association of Mortgage Professionals and is a past president of the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers.

With more than 18 years of experience in mortgage lending, Debra Shultz is an expert in residential mortgage financing for all property types, including singleand multi-family residences, townhomes, condos, co-ops, condops, condotels, new developments, new construction, and conversions. She is headquartered out of Guaranteed Rate’s Manhattan office. Her core business partners include real estate agents, attorneys, developers, CPAs, accountants, financial advisors and, of course, her past clients. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, Shultz was a Guaranteed Rate National President’s Club member. Prior to her current position, Shultz served as a managing director at The Manhattan Mortgage Company, which was acquired by Guaranteed Rate in 2012.
