To achieve the correct tone, it is recommended that the player use a Traynor model TS-25B Bass Amplifier. While the piece is meant for guitar, the 15” speaker provides the correct resonance from the instrument, which is specifically a semi-hollow electric guitar with flat-wound strings, such as a Gibson ES series, though usually a Washburn HB 34DM is used.
