Seattle City Light’s Boundary Hydroelectric Project is located just 110 miles north of Spokane, WA. Explore the dam, recreation/camping area and boat launch. – Guided tours of Boundary are available Memorial Day through Labor Day, Thursdays through Mondays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Great panoramic views of the Boundary Project are found at the Vista House on the east bank of the Pend Oreille.
