Purpose of KEDS The Kentucky Early Childhood Data System (KEDS) is a universal web-based data system designed to reliably collect assessment data from Public Preschool, Head Start, Early Intervention, and Child Care providers to measure child progress on the KY Early Childhood Standards and 3 child outcomes required by the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).
