Ghostly Guests and Scary Stories: Haunt Your Library Contest

ALL BRANCHES: FRI., OCT. 1 - FRI., OCT. 22 It’s a creepy contest! Engage your spirit of creativity in the haunting of your library by submitting poetry, prose (700 words or less), 2D art (physical art or digital file), or spoken word (recordings 2 minutes or less) for a chance to win prizes. Categories by age for K-12. One winner will be selected per grade level. Original submissions will be accepted Oct. 1 through 22, with winners notified on Oct. 31. Works must include full name, address, phone number, school name, teacher’s name, grade, and teacher’s email address. See library website for submission details.
Lunchtime Yoga*

US Constitution Education Series*
ERLANGER: THURS., OCT. 7, 14, 21 & 28 2-3 PM Homeschool teens are invited to register for this 14-week series to learn about the US Constitution. Presented by John Hindery of Building Blocks for Liberty. All instruction and materials are provided free of charge through the sponsorship of the Optimists Club of Northern Kentucky. The class is for students ages 12-18 and registration is required.
