BLOOM LIVING Master Planning and Design

This project includes a master plan for an entire community in the newly developing Zayed City in Abu Dhabi, where I was given the opportunity to finalize the Master Plan illustrative in Photoshop, as well as the supporting graphic diagrams and several design renders in Lumion. This master plan is home to hundreds of new residential units, as well as many community centers, 2 new schools, several parks, cultural mosques, community garden, and a town center with new spaces for retail and dining. This project will not only breath life into the city of New Zayed and surrounding areas, but provide over 4,000 residential units in a combination of villas, town-homes, and apartments. We also had the privilege of providing conceptual designs for the residential apartments and several community centers. We worked closely with the landscape design team to create the central lake and surrounding amenities.
