KELLI'S PLANOGRAM PROGRAM
Let us build a retail merchandising solution tailored to you! WHAT IS A PLANOGRAM AND WHY DO I NEED ONE? A planogram is a diagram that indicates the placement of products in a retail space in order to maximize sales per square foot. Planograms will help you manage inventory, optimize space, and streamline your reordering process.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK? To save you time and money, Kelli’s will set up the entire planogram — from installing the hooks and fixtures to positioning the products in their correct place. All you need to do is provide empty wall space, and let us take care of the rest!
CAN I SELECT WHAT ITEMS TO USE? Kelli’s planograms are 100% customizable! You can use our recommended items, or select the items you want the planogram to contain. We will work with you to ensure the product selection is appropriate for your specific venue, business type, geographical location, and target customer.
HOW MUCH SPACE WILL IT TAKE UP? Planograms are typically designed in 24-inch increments. We ask for a minimum of a 24-inch wide space from floor to ceiling. We understand you may have limited wall space, so we will work with you to build a space that maximizes sales while respecting any space limitations you may have.
HOW DO I REORDER A SPECIFIC ITEM? To reorder a specific item on the planogram, use our normal ordering process. Every item on the planogram comes from the Kelli’s catalog and can be easily reordered through our website or via phone, email, or fax.

WHAT DOES 100% CUSTOMIZED MEAN? We will work with you to design a planogram that fits your store. Please provide us with a picture of the area, dimensions, current fixtures and your category interest.
CAN I SWITCH OUT ITEMS? We have chosen proven best sellers for each category, but items can be swapped. Item size and location is needed to find the best alternative.
WHAT DOES KELLI’S PROVIDE? We will take care of it all. From the first call to find if the space will work with our program, to installation, to helping you re-order items. Pegs and shelving are available for purchase through Kelli’s.
HOW DOES IT GET INSTALLED? There are two options: 1. Virtual Reset – Kelli’s will provide you with detailed information and instructions down to each peg placement on your available slatwall area that even a beginner retailer can follow. This will include simulated images of your product flow and placement within your unique retail space that is based on your vision and specifications. 2. Third Party On-site - Once the planogram is ready, a third party will come in to set up your fixtures and mechanize based on your selected products.
HOW DO I REORDER? As usual! Online or with a representative. Various labeling techniques are available for your convenience. The Planograms are designed to fit items in the quantity they are shipped. For example, if you order colored teddy bears, all 6 will fit on the designated shelf. Various items will require back stock based on planogram design and category.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Price will vary based on the category you select and the size of your planogram. Fixtures can be ordered through Kelli’s. We do not provide the slat-wall.
