INTERNET ACCESS All residence halls have wireless access to the Internet. The bedrooms are hard wired for access to the internet via the university’s network. Students must provide their own CAT 6 (network cable) wire to connect from their personal computers to the university’s network. Students may also use the computer lab located in the new upperclassman residence hall.
LAUNDRY SERVICES Residence halls are equipped with laundry rooms consisting of coin-less washers and dryers. Bartlett, Burch, Rogers, Sozio, the new upperclassman residence hall and the new traditional style freshman residence hall contain centralized laundromat style laundry rooms.
COMMUNITY KITCHENS Located on the first floor of all the upperclassmen apartment style residence halls and the new freshman residence hall, amenities include stoves, sinks and tables.
SECURITY SERVICES Each residence hall is staffed with 24 hour security personnel including a student staff and professional security service in order to monitor traffic and enforce the visitation policy. In addition, surveillance cameras have been installed in the lobby areas of each hall to support the security efforts of the University.
MEAL PLAN Meal plan options are available through the dining services personnel. All students living in the residence halls are required to purchase a meal plan at a set rate. The University provides eateries on campus to accommodate students’ varied tastes including a new 300-seat cafeteria located on the first floor of the new upperclassman residence hall, the University Center Food Court and the Cougar’s Den. The Residence Hall Dining Cafeteria are “all-you-care-to-eat” buffet style.
