FOCUS There will never be a time in your life when Satan will have compassion on you. He’ll never think, Man, I’ve really put her through a lot. I’m going to back off a little. He has one motive—and that’s to steal, kill and destroy your life (John 10:10). I have to remind myself of that all the time. Sometimes I wish I could rely on my mom’s and dad’s faith to get me through trouble, but I’ve had to learn that others can’t fight my battles for me. I’ve learned this battle exists because of three simple truths. First, God has a custom-designed assignment for your life. He has a customdesigned assignment to fit your individual strengths, interests and personality.
