MANUFACTURE AND ASSEMBLES PROCESS. LOCAL CRAFTMANSHIP MERGED WITH TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION AND COMPOSITIONAL SKILL CREATE MODERN DWELLING TYPOLOGY, THE PREFABRICATED HOUSE. ALL THE MODULARS WHICH THEY ARE CONSTRUCTED IN A FACTORY WILL COMPLETE WITH WALLS, FLOORS, CEILING, PLUMBING, AND FIXTURES.

THE USE OF NATURAL RAW MATERIALS – TIMBER, BAMBOO, STONE AND MUD BRICKS.

USING LORRY TO DELIVER THE PREFAB HOUSES TO CONSTRUCTION SITE WHERE THEY WILL COMPOSE WITH THE ELEVATED PLATFORM, THEIR FELLOW MODULES AND ATTACHED TO THE FOUNDATION AND UTILITIES. DONE!

TEMPLES, ANCESTRAL HALL, SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY HALL ARE ALL PLACED AT THE CENTER. THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM ARE RUNNING DOWN UNDER THE ELEVATED PLATFORM. A SET OF FOUR PRE-FAB HOUSING MODULES ARE INSTALLED IN A GRID OF 20M X 20M. TO CONSIDER THE FUTURE AND TO SUSTAIN THE VILLAGE, THIS SYSTEM IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY FOR THE FUTURE EXPANSION OF THE VILLAGE.
